The seminar took place on 9 October 2019 in Bizkaia Aretoa (Bilbao). It analysed how the environmental and social footprint of the University of the Basque Country could be reduced. Materials and videos are available.

The program of the seminar included presentations about sustainability at higher education and their environmental footprints by Fuensanta García (coordinator of the working group for the University Sustainability Assessment belonging to the Conference of Rectors of Spanish Universities (CRUE)) and José María Fernández (expert in ecodesign and life cycle analysis from the Public Society of Environmental Management of the Basque Government (IHOBE)).
