Basics in Facilitating Transformation  A Course in People Skills for the Sustainable Development Goals

The goals for a sustainable society were globally defined in 2015 and are endorsed by most countries. But how do we succeed in putting the Sustainable Development Goals into practice – in our initiatives, companies and teams? The 6-week online course "Transformational People Skills for the SDGs" teaches important basic skills to lead and facilitate transformation processes professionally, with impact and ease.

It is an art to lead transformation processes that include changes in thinking, behavior and structures. What is often in the way is not a lack of knowledge or of technical or administrative solutions, but a lack of people skills. Our intention with this course is to help contribute to the success of as many of these important SDG-relevant transformation processes as possible. Our hope is that those who are committed to striving for a livable, sustainable, healthy and peaceful future can support transformation processes with joy and ease.
